A regular-fit women's scrunched waistcoat in blue and pink, in Block Printed Upcycled Cotton from Jaipur.
A waistcoat with soft scrunched detailing and a hook-and-eye front. Wear it on its own or over a shirt for a layered, tailored look.
The fabric is Achara, the cotton cloth laid under block-printing tables. Over around a hundred printing runs it soaks up dye tests, colour marks and printers' fingerprints before it is thrown away. We use it as it is, with no patchwork and nothing added, so the marks on this waistcoat belong to it alone.
